The customer service was excellent. Ami worked with us for over a year before we signed a contract. There was never any pressure to get started. During the construction Ami was always available by phone, and returned calls immediately. There was never any problem of not being able to reach the contractor, or people not working on the project. Most often the guys were working 6 days a week. We are very satisfied with the finished product and would recommend Ami for a bathroom remodel.
